Returns & Exchanges
At Ardene, we want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Ardene account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original tags in the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring you include the packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
